INFORMATION
The JCI SAILING WEEK 2025 is intended to be a placeholder program for the JCI REGATTA that cannot be held in 2025. The organisation should be as simple and partnership-based as possible. The organizing committee will coordinate the joint flotilla and plan the week's activities. Each day will include a challenge for crews to complete together. Carefully selected locations will offer a diverse program that includes sailing, boat parties, clubbing, cozy evenings and beach parties. Unlike the regatta, we won’t be reserving entire clubs just for ourselves; instead, we’ll enjoy these experiences together as a group of friends. Each crew is responsible for its own catering. Dinners together at cool locations are also charged directly to the crews' on-board cash box. The organizing committee will handle table reservations.
If you are a crew of at least five people who wish to participate but don't have a skipper, there is an option to add a skipper for €250 per day (excluding meals).

STEP 1:
Register for the JCI SAILING WEEK here on the website: BOOKING.

STEP 2:
After the event registration book your boat according to your needs directly on the www.charterpassion.com website.
If possible, please ensure you choose a boat from a marina in Trogir.

Do you need a skipper? You can easily book one also through the platform.
STEP 3:
After booking, we will send out the invoice for the yacht charter and the organization.

YACHT CHARTER

ORGANISATION
We charge a fee of 300 EUR until the end of November 2024 per boat for organizing and planning the week. From 1 December 2024, there will be an organization fee of 400 EUR per boat.
NOT INCLUDED

Harbor fees (to be paid directly by each crew at the harbor)

All meals and drinks (the organisation team is doing the restaurant reservations, but the crews pay directly to the host)
We recommend establishing an onboard fund to cover these expenses.
PRICE
Every crew member must be at least 20 years old! At least 50% of the entire crew must be active JCI members.
The organisation is an association under Swiss law. The boats are booked directly with the charter company via the agency.
We strongly recommend that you take out deposit insurance and skipper's liability insurance.
The skipper is solely liable for the vessel and crew. Any liability of the association and the organisation is excluded. The skipper/team captain confirms these rules with the booking.
